How can I begin distributing Ambrosia products?

What kind of customer service do you provide for distributor partners?
Schreiber Foods International is widely known for its unparalleled customer service and its long-standing relationships with our distributor partners. We provide sales partnership support through our Regional Sales Managers and customer service through our dedicated, U.S.-based service team at 1-800-631-7070.
How can I scale my Ambrosia orders?
Schreiber Foods International is built to support distributors as their volume needs grow. With warehouses across the country, including two we own and operate, we have the infrastructure in place to handle growth in volume, variety, and scale. Distributors looking to expand standing orders can work directly with their Regional Sales Manager.
Where are your warehouses located?
Schreiber Foods International owns and operates two warehouse distribution centers: Evily Atlantic Warehouse in New Jersey and Evily Pacific Warehouse in California. The company also has partnerships with four additional distribution centers strategically located across the country. The combination of owned warehouses and distribution center partnerships enables faster fulfillment, greater inventory control, and capacity for scale.

Can I add other brands that Schreiber Foods International distributes to my orders?
Yes, Schreiber Foods International distributes a wide variety of beloved international brands besides Ambrosia, including Horn of Plenty®, Mae Ploy®, Coco Lopez®, Huy Fong Foods®, Esprit de Paris®, Honey Pot®, PEPPADEW®, Chaokoh, Ambiance, Lee Kum Kee, and Colman’s® of Norwich. For convenience and efficiency, you can add these brands to your orders with Ambrosia foods.
Distributor Orders
What are your order minimums (MOQs)?
Our order minimums are 25 cases or 1 pallet for pick-up, and 50 cases or 2 pallets for delivery, with a preference for orders in even layers.
What are your order lead times?
Our lead times are 48 hours from time of receipt, with an order cut-off of 11 a.m. EST.
Where do I send my purchase orders (POs)?
Please send all POs directly to our Ambrosia foods sales support team using our purchase order form, where you can attach the PO.
Who can I speak to about an order I’ve already received?
For customer service or questions on orders already received, please send our customer service team a message or call 1-800-631-7070. In the rare event of damages or deductions, please use the same form and attach supporting photos, documents, and proof of delivery (POD).

How are Ambrosia products sourced?
The Schreiber Foods International procurement team takes a “boots on the ground” approach – visiting each global producer to carefully curate and vet ingredients at their source. Only products with the highest standards of quality and safety earn the Ambrosia brand name.

Is Schreiber Foods International affiliated with Schreiber Foods, the Wisconsin-based dairy?
No, Schreiber Foods International is and always has been a completely separate company. Schreiber Foods International is a quality food importer founded and based in New Jersey, not affiliated with Schreiber Foods the dairy company based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. It’s a coincidence that both companies had founders with the last name Schreiber.
Is the Ambrosia brand of imported foods affiliated with any of these other companies: Ambrosia Chocolate; Ambrosia Brands, LLC (supplier of Rosabella, Moringa, and Beetroot); Ambrosia Collective; or Ambrosia Brew the coffee company?
No, Ambrosia is a brand of imported, shelf-stable foods distributed by Schreiber Foods International, and a name that has been associated with Schreiber family food businesses since the 1950s. It is not affiliated with any other company that uses the Ambrosia name.
