Ambrosia® Pineapple

We use the smooth cayenne pineapple variety for its low fiber content and high sugar-to-acid ratio, resulting in a crisp yet tender texture. Available in multiple pack sizes, they are available sliced, in chunks, tidbits, or crushed. Each piece is reasonably uniform in size and shape, ideal for professional presentations. Use slices to top desserts, burgers, and breakfast dishes; chunks for fruit salads, stir-fries, and grilled applications; tidbits for pizzas, parfaits, and baked goods; and crushed pineapple for cakes, sauces, beverages, and other recipes where its sweet, tropical flavor can be incorporated throughout.
